Here you can expect to find gifts for newborns - but not the traditional kind. Our approach involves freshening up the somewhat tired color schemes used in baby gifts. Specifically, Tots Knits specializes in three piece knit sets babies age 0-3 months. We try to focus on bright and modern baby aesthetic with a beautifully, visual knit texture. We want our cozy "take me home" sets to evoke a playfulness and and spread smiles. Each set featuring a crocheted character comes with it's own story for you to fall in love and grow with.

We are a mother and daughter team, knitting and designing in Los Angeles. 

Suss Cousins began her knitwear career in 1985 when she moved from Sweden to New York City, knitting one of a kind sweaters and originally making her mark in the knitwear world with baby sets just like these. Hanna grew up in her mother's first store in Los Angeles called Suss Design, modeling her children's clothes and teaching knitting classes with her mom. Suss and her daughter Hanna joined forces in 2020 to develop their brand Suss Knits, and revive Suss' OG baby sets under the name TOTS.
